My 4 months old baby boy got vaccination (3and half months) and looks so dull, not active as before.... crying night time, refuces for breastfeed and not sleeping properly... also pooping more frequently with less quantity of poop...

A. if your child has received the DPT vaccination it causes pain fever and swelling and the child may be dull for few days you can give Paracetamol to the baby in such case
