My 4 months and 27 days daughter is passing motion after every feed since 2 days ,the colour and consistency is yellow and looks semi fluid . Is it normal ?

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid hto solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomenah.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
