My 4 months 17 days old baby feeding gap is 3 hrs. He doesn't demand the feed within 3 hrs. But at night he wakes up for feeding every 1 hrs of gap. His is on both formula feed and breast feed . My breast milk is not sufficient for him. When I was on exclusive breastfeeding he was demanding feed on every 1 and half hour. My baby weight is 6.150Kg .kindly guide me

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessmednt. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about thex sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
