my 4 month old is going through sleep regression..is extremely tired but doesnt sleep..cries a lot if put to sleep.. please guide how to handpe

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. just take care of the environmental factors like cold temperature variations hunger and thirst which might be affecting the sleep
sleeping is different in different babies and it the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern but it will always improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just take care of any environmental factor which might be disturbing the sleep
