my 4 month old has fever of 100.00. poop twice once was normal yellow 2nd one was a mixture of green and yellow. is this normal?

A. hello since the frequency of motion is normal it is not a problem n may give ur child paracetamol which helps to reduce fever n nothing to worey about it
