my 4 month old girl baby having these type of marks on stomach please let me know what is this and what precautions needs to be done.

I feel this is some kind of an allergy it’s going to be good if you get it is assessed with your doctor as to what kind of an allergy is your child suffering from accordingly they can currently I’m going to advise you to apply calamine lotion on this frequently that is going to be good and helpful in the current situation
