My 4 month old baby taken only 5 minutes feed and take next feed after 3 to 4 hours Is it ok ? Does his tummy is full am worried always

A. dear mum , dont worry feed baby on demand if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert n gaining adequate wt then feeding is good
