my 4 month old baby poops green water like and has bad smell i doctor give him pre and probiotics but the condition is same what can i do should i vaccine him in this condition

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or gformula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some intfection.
