Q.
my 4 month old baby poops almost after every feed. sometimes he has a watery yellowish discharge from the anus.is this normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Its Normal for a child to pass motion at this age after every feed but if you feel it is watery or something when you can can you check for diarrhoea because if your child is still not having proper motion and diarrhoea then it should be checked
