My 4 month old baby poops a little bit while farting and he has redness around anus. His poop is watery sometimes and sometimes its solid. He has no pain or any diarrhoea symptoms. Is it normal or concerning??

Could be due to frequent motion also sometimes lose motion also if the child is passing once or twice in a day so in the current status I would recommend you to use boroline anti septic cream regularly on the affected region for healing that rash or redness there
