my 4 month old baby makes cooing sound to get everyone's attention but whenever she looks at me she turns her face and not smiling at me. I talk,play,read and sing to her a lot but she is not looking at me or smiling at me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. usually social smile comes by three months of age so just wait for some more time otherwise consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the baby in this case
