My 4-month-old baby is passing a watery stool only once a day. I am a breast feeding mother.is it normal.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemefdtjnt for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

yes, usually it is normal for breastfed babies to pass watery stool
so as such no need to worry
as far as your child is looking happy and active, taking feeds and sleep well, gains enough weight then no need to worry about it much
