My 4 month old baby had ear infection. Does giving paracetamol help to recover infection

A. Maam paracetamol is a painkiller right or help in reducing the fever so that is what you can use it for if there is an infection you’ll have to understand what is the reason and what kind of infection it is accordingly further medicines would be recommended by your doctor
