Q.

my 4 month is crying and grunting in sleep while I taking him on lap or in shoulder he didn't even open his eyes. now few minutes on ater he is in sleep again is it normal

A. yes he is having heavy voice congestion in voice and dry coughing sometimes. but now I have changed diaper remove extra clothing, and also passed gas. don't know which is the reason for that long cry

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more cohunditions whihch needjs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
