my 4 month formula fed baby doing poop after feed mostly 3-4 times a day.. previously she used to do once a day..please guide what is the issue

A. No issue so maybe you do not know that a child can poop 7 to 10 times also in a day and sometimes I don’t even 7 to 10 days at a stretch but at this age for initial 6 months this is considered very normal your child is taking all feeding properly urine output is good then there is no problem
