my 4 month baby's poop is green colour from 2 days , i am breast feeding but when i give formula at night poop is normal.is dere something to worry ?

A. good evening whenever the baby is having motion which is green in colour it indicates that the child might be suffering from some sort of infection in most of the cases it is cough and cold in some cases it can be related to the stomach too
