My 4 month 9 days baby poop is dark green and he has fever also

SagarikaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi normally the poop depends on the food normally green color is ok, and also dark green happens due to high content of iron or breakage of rbcs after 120 days , may due to any bacterial infection, as he as fever consult your doctor.
