my 4 mnth 15days old boy having liquid yellow stool past 15days and not drink enough milk so wht can i do plz suggest sir plz

A. dear mum if baby is having stool consistency which is more watery as compared to before w consult doctor for examination and treatment if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight atleast 500 gram per month then feeding is sufficient
