Q.

My 4 and half year old daughter got injured today. She got her finger pinched in door and now there is blood under fingernail and nail is black in color.She is having lot of pain. Can I give p120.Please suggest what needs to be done.

A. Yes it is better to give paracetamol in the same dosage that your doctor has suggested. If there is any swelling of the finger or severe pain then consult a pediatrician right away

A. I'm not a Dr. But I'll suggest if you spray or wound up a wet cloth of 11.5 pH water around the finger , there wouldn't be need any paracetamol tablet .... to such a baby...
