My 4 and half months baby boy, can I give him soft fruits and which fruit can I give him?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, you can not give it before 6 month of age.No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby on demand!
