Q.

My 4.5 year old son doesn't sleep well at night. He keeps tossing and turning and also doesnt want to sleep in the afternoon at all. He runs away from sleep. Also he is only 13.5 kgs and is very slim.He is very over active when is awake always running and jumping. Is he hyper active. How can he get restful sleep?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 years old and he doesn’t sleep at day times at all and night times mostly he has legs cramps due to excessive playing in days times
