My 4.5 months old baby is popping just after feeding. She is feeding both breast feeding or formula milk . she used to poop after every feed and 4-5 times in a day .it's poop colour is light yellow with chalk particles.is it okay or not ?

A. Please avoid giving both milk simaltaneously. A minimum of two to three hours gap is requires for feeding these milk. Chlk color items seems undigested milk which comes out in solid as a stool. Better give breast milk for few more weeks or months.
