Q.

My 4.5 months old baby girl takes feed twice at night during her sleep, Is there any problem to feed her in her sleep at night, after feed I take her upright position for about 15-20 mins and then put her in bed. Do I need to do anything else for extra safety? Also at day time, she take 2 or 3 feed in sleep... Please let me know is it okay ? What to do if she take feed at night in sleep?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is absolutely ok if the baby takes feed while sleeping. If the baby is passing urine atleast 8-10 times in a day then the baby is getting enough milk. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
