my 4.5 month old daughter pooping like this after every feed wat to do how to stop .she poop nearly 10-12 times

Teething and also sometimes due to infection in the stomach green coloured loose motions can happen like this so it is going to be good that you please connect with your doctor for clarity on that basis only they can suggest you with the right treatment to follow
