my 4.5 month old baby has suddenly stopped cooing and laughing from last 4 days. he doesn't make any sounds. he only smiles when talked too. is thisn normal? o there's a need for consultation wit pediatrician?

So it's bertter to get the solution in a correct wafy .
You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .
