My 3years old daughter dont sleep deeply, she keeps waking at night for several times. I follow the same sleeping pattern everyday. What should I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should try not to make the baby sleep during the afternoon time feed your baby well before sleeping give a comfortable temperature in position during sleeping and tell stories before sleeping
