A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal movement or convulsions.in such case it needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury .otherwise application of ice locally to relieve the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrzent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. At Age of six months it’s important that you should always keep a hand behind the head of your child because they are very easy to fall down they do not have a grip properly so if it is already fallen down your child we have got hurt you please get a check with your doctor ones accordingly if the doctor can advise you
