A. regarding speech, Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age and by syllable comes by 9 to 10 months of age by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two or three words followed by jargon speech at 15 to 16 months, then the child will start saying simple sentences by two years of age, you have to make the child comfortable and do more interactions with the child. This will make the child learn to speak sentences in a proper way. If the speed of your child does not comes by three years of age you need to, consult yourc doctor for a proper assessment for the child. In some cases. Speech therapy is required and will be helpful.

A. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaintd. there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
