My 3month old baby has cold with running nose...i have given her Flucold oral drops...what else i can do to cure and can i give her bath?

Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight.
Home steam from very safe distance cnanbe given
nasal saline drops can be used for blocked nose
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't expose her to winds
