A. If your baby urinates more frequently, it's typically just a sign of a healthy diet! But if your little one shows signs of a urinary tract infection (such as discomfort, fever, vomiting) or wets diapers fewer than four times a day, talk to your child's healthcare provider.Common causes of overly frequent urination in children include blockages in the urinary tract, pollakiuria, voiding dysfunction and a urinary tract infection, or UTI... Consult nearest pediatrician they will do the needful.Keep a journal to determine how frequently you go to the bathroom.Delay urination with small intervals. Once you feel the need to pee, see if you can hold off for five minutes and work your way up.Schedule trips to the bathroom. ... Perform Kegel exercises regularly.Cut back on their liquid intake well before bedtime, particularly anything that includes caffeine. Encourage your child to not only use the bathroom 15 minutes before bed, but again just before you tuck them in. Often times, they pee only enough so they no longer feel the urge and may not be emptying their bladder.
