my 3month baby is having Coughing and fever is coming and going bubbles are seen his mouth and feeding intake is not much what should I do?

A. hello the child is not keeping well then since the baby is also very small it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination which would be better and safe and absolutely nothing to worry
