my 3month baby is having cold and congestion. is it okay if I eat banana everyday because I am breastfeeding her?

also the gas in abdomen of the child is not due to diet taken by the mother.
mother can take all types of home masde food which is good for her own health.
it is advisable to take all types of food made from cereals puldses vegetables and fruits and milk by the mother.
