my 39 days old baby is pooping reddish color once a day as she used to poop 5/6 times. i haven't eaten any red color food item.. why it is happening? What should I do?

please don't try any homemade remedies
offer breasfeeding as and when it is needed
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
