My 31st week has started...what is is the ideal weight gain which mother's gain till this phase?

In Totality of your 39 weeks of pregnancy if you gain approximately around 10 to 15 KG also that I’m going to it’s a healthy and ideal waiting for you more than that is more only then so it would be mostly 10 to 15 KG for a specific period that way I really cannot cannot tell you A specific weight gain
