my 30month old kid was crawling and playing and he slipped when he slipped his hand and leg while crawling and hit his face on ground. Got hurt on his upper and lower lips. it's been a month this incident had happened and once that wound is gone then there a clot formed in the lips as in the attachment. I tried pressing it and it is very hard. I had consulted doctor and he had asked to apply some gel(ANabel gel) ,there is no progress with this . please let me know how this can be cured
