Q.

my 30 months old boy penis has formed smegma pearl in it. Doctor is asking to go for a minor surgery as the foreskin of baby's penis has not retracted yet. is there any other way to get rid of this smegma as I don't want my boy to undergo a knife...pls pour ur suggestion...
