my 3 yr old son is having fever from last 2 days.today night he is having temperature above 100.but now he is having 95.1 temperature.is it normal

A. not normal. kindly keep a watch on your babys body temperature, and do not give paracetamol to your baby unless it is above 100f. and give it in right dose
