my 3 yr old is suffering from running nose and cough.cant sleep .pls advise wht can i give her?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three fhourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with wacter combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.

Hi Maintain hydration Give turmeric milk twice daily Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
