A. Okay if that is working it’s alright otherwise instead of using a laxative like this you can use a suppository that you can put in the Anant region that will be better and comfortable with the second thing that you should do is to give more of fibres and fluids in the diet and start the day with a glass of warm water apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping
