my 3 yr 3 m old mistakenly swallows 1rupe coin he does not have any problem... i immedialty gave him bananas and made him drink water.... what should i do does it effect him?

A. dear mom. give ur child some water n relax. monitor the stool for next week for the coin to pass out. in case if their is no symptoms, tgan nothingvto worry about it
