Q.

My 3 years old son has got cavity.. should I visit hospital or is there any way that it goes by itself.

A. Hi no there's no way by which cavities can go by their own. you have to consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment of the Decayed teeth

A. hello yes it is better to check with paediatric dentist andhe will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly and also make sure to maintain a proper oral hygiene which is very important to prevent the cavity which sh9uld be better
