my 3 years old girl got these pimples only in one night and then she got in her whole back and tummy i dnt understand what is this please suggest any medicine for this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. Mam this is some kind of an allergy or infection also get it checked for smallpox or chickenpox because they usually spread the entire body along with fever so it’s very important that you please take an assessment with your doctor as soon as you can
