my 3 years old daughter gets mouth ulcers in different parts inside her mouth. Doctr has given lansoprazole tablets for 15 days 3 rimes in last 6 months and B fourts vitamin syrup which I am constantly giving 10 ml every day. Still she is continuing to get red marks inside her mouth which goes with in few days but again comes in another parts of the mouth. no fever or pain in mouth.
