my 3 years old baby girl is suffering from fever since yesterday. I have given calpol 120,and taxim o, but she still has fever. what may be the reason? please suggest.

A. too early to predict the reason ok continue the medicines Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
