Q.

my 3 years baby eats hardly after insisting him a lot and tries to vomit only, please help with best suggestions.

A. don't try to force baby eating as baby may throw out or vomit out.. try to develop the food interest.. have meal together add creativity and variety to plate.. let the baby have his own meal.. give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water.. maintain gap between feeds..
