Q.

my 3 years 7 months old recently effected with vomitings, after mild motions for 2 days and after that she got suffered with fever as well. from that time onwards she is suffering with stomach pain while motion coming.may I know the reason why she is continuously complaining stomach pain while going motion? which test I need to do.please suggest

A. that might be some stomach infection and her digestive system still is not in track. give her easy to digest fresh food, and give lots of liquids, add natural probiotics in her diet
