Q.

my 3 years 3 months old daughter is not able to drink milk because of time . earlier she drank milk through bottle and I feed her at 6 o clock in the morning while she was asleep. and at 4 pm while sleeping through bottle. now she drinks milk inglass.she wakes up at 8 o clock in the morning and do breakfast at 9 am. and in the afternoon she sleeps at 3 pm and wakes up at 5.30 pm and after that takes evening snack at 6 pm . and after dinner if I give her milk she vomits. what should I do . please help.

A. It is best to offer milk after a meal or with a morning or afternoon snack, rather than with or just before a meal. It is best to offer milk during evening snack. You can also offer milk 2 hours after breakfast around 11 am.
