ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. plz give him Paracetamol or ayurveda medications like sanshamni vati..giloy decoction 5ml thrice Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose

If it has already been more than three days and I suggest you to take an advice from your doctor because of the fever does not subside within the time of 72 hours then it is not considered healthy then there could be chances that your child is going through a viral fever or any other things associated with that which is definitely not healthyWrite Your Answer Here
