My 3 years & 10 months old baby girl is dropping white green liquid after urinating. Why it’s happening at such early age?

Mam that’s not a healthy sign if it is too much of discharge and that is not good a little bit of discharge is common with a girl child but you are saying white and green is there that means there could be a possibility of infection or some another issue associated please read a check with your doctor
