Q.
my 3 year old was alright till afternoon suddenly I observed increase in body temperature an now he is telling his forehead is paining.. he has never before told an head pain

Give paracetamol to the child if there is pain and the temperature is rising also take the temperature with a thermometer to make sure it’s fever or not then only you give paracetamol also that you can give for headache for the timing but please check with your doctor tomorrow
